Due to an internal promotion, we’re on the hunt for a Workforce Planning & Optimisation Manager to lead the way across our phone and messaging channels. If you love a good forecast, enjoy solving operational puzzles and get a buzz from turning data into “aha!” insights, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a team of 6 workforce planning superstars
- Owning medium–long term forecasting and FTE planning
- Optimising how we schedule, report and run our omni‑channel operations
- Lifting our reporting capability and guiding insights that drive action
- Making sure tools like Genesys, LivePerson and MicroStrategy are working hard for us (experience in these tools would be great, but is not essential)
- Coaching and mentoring your team to be the best in the business
What you’ll bring
- Solid leadership experience (around 3 to 5 years) with a style that empowers others, developed in a WFP environment
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement
- The ability to influence, partner and simplify the complex
- Experience in busy, customer‑focused environment
- A passion for continuous improvement and finding better, smarter ways of working
