We’re looking for individuals to join us as Customer Specialists as part of our Customer Hub – people who thrive on problem solving and enjoy tackling diverse member challenges to achieve great member outcomes. At ahm, you'll experience a variety of tasks and autonomy in your role while still benefiting from a structured environment with clear direction.

About you: 

  • Committed to providing outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression  
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone, assisting members 
  • You’re a friendly human with an innate ability to connect with customers and understand their needs 
  • Can build quick connections and conveying empathy in both verbal and written communication 
  • Able to bring a role that’s predominantly phone-based to life with enthusiasm and professionalism 
  • As a fast learner you are quick to pick up and efficiently navigate new systems  
  • Having experience and drive when working towards KPIs and targets is a plus 
  • You enjoy being part of a high-performing team, but aren’t afraid to go at it alone  
  • Knack for identifying potential issues before they become problems and bust some red tape

The technical stuff: You will have a reliable and fast broadband service (NBN or ADSL) & be confident in using various IT software. All necessary equipment for the role will be provided by ahm.  
Working from home offers incredible advantages, like flexibility and convenience, yet it demands the same level of professionalism as any office environment. Your workspace should be a sanctuary of focus, quiet, and ergonomic comfort. While we empower you with resources and support for your remote role, structure is key. Your workday begins and ends as per your rostered times, and you’ll have scheduled breaks. 

 

Interviews will be taking place from the 11th-19th of December, the start date for this role will be Monday the 3rd of February 2025 and full attendance to the 10 weeks of training is required.
