The Opportunity

Join our dynamic digital team as a Software Tester, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions that integrate with multiple third-party technology partners.

This hands-on position offers the chance to work within a cross-functional agile squad, collaborating with engineers, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Design and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for web applications and API integrations. Perform functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing, including UAT.
• Automation & Tooling: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Playwright, XRay & REST Assured. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• API & Integration Testing: Validate third-party integrations and APIs using tools such as Postman, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Defect Management & Reporting: Log and track defects in Jira, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, advocating for testing best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Must Haves

• Experience: 3+ years of testing experience across web applications and APIs, with strong knowledge of functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Playwright, REST Assured, and API testing tools like Postman. Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber JVM preferred) and CI/CD integration.
• Agile Mindset: Proven experience working in Agile environments, using Jira and Confluence for project and test management.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
