Service Desk Agent (After Hours Support)

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound IT support calls
- Provide friendly, professional first-line support
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Complete password resets and simple access requests
- Log and update tickets accurately in the service desk system
- Escalate issues where required, following documented procedures
About You
- Junior or entry-level candidate with an interest in IT support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with users over the phone
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (passwords, accounts, common issues)
- Reliable and comfortable working after-hours and weekend shifts
- Willing to learn and follow established processes
Previous service desk or IT experience is helpful but not essential.
