Senior Solution Architect

The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture. 

We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Architecture and Health Technology team, playing a pivotal role in a major identity transformation program as we transition from Okta to Auth0. This is an initial 6-8 month contract based in VIC or NSW. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for identity and access management (IAM) initiatives.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable authentication and authorisation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver architecture aligned with strategic goals.
• Support architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to innovation, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in identity architecture, including MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and API access management.
• Experience with Auth0 (or similar platforms) and Okta-to-Auth0 migration.
• Strong understanding of identity proofing, identity assurance, and brownfields identity migration.
• Familiarity with NIST and AGDIS digital identity standards.
• Ability to balance UX, CX, and security in solution design.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, with experience across agile and waterfall delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
