We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior Full‑Stack Developer with strong front‑end expertise in React and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You’ll help modernize core Medibank web experiences across the full software development lifecycle, designing and building intuitive, high‑quality frontend components while contributing to backend and platform work where needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead front‑end design and implementation using React, building reusable components, micro‑frontends and performant user interfaces.
• Integrate React front ends with AEM for component delivery and content management.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA and external partners to deliver features on time and to specification.
• Produce estimations, technical designs and implementation plans.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Support CI/CD, version control and release processes to maintain production stability.
• Participate in testing (system, integration, UAT), documentation and post‑implementation reviews.
• Mentor engineers, drive best practices (TDD, CI/CD, code reviews) and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years’ industry experience (or equivalent) in web development; proven senior‑level capability.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience integrating with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiar with micro‑frontends and mono‑repo patterns.
• Experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js or similar).
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and microservices patterns.
• Cloud experience (AWS services) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Proficient with Git, Jira, Confluence and collaborative agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Track record of mentoring and delivering high‑quality, maintainable solutions.
• Strong understanding of testing approaches, CI/CD and production release management.
