We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Analyst to join Medibank on a six‑month daily‑rate contract ($750/day), working a 9‑day fortnight. As we continue to invest in meaningful change across technology, customer, property and compliance programs, this role plays a key part in supporting strong financial oversight across our project portfolio.

The Opportunity

In this six‑month contract, you’ll support project accounting across a diverse portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely and well‑controlled financial insights for key initiatives across the Medibank Group. You’ll partner closely with Project Managers, Commercial Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver financial results, forecasts and business case analysis that drive confident, informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain monthly financial tracking and ensure integrity of project financials in SAP
Partner with Project Managers to deliver accurate accruals, forecasts and cost insights
Review and validate financial assumptions within business cases
Prepare month‑end reporting across projects, programs and portfolio performance
Identify project risks, opportunities and their financial impacts
Support annual budgets, corporate planning and depreciation forecasting
Contribute to improvements in processes, data quality and financial controls
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and decisions
