Amplar Home & Allied Health is seeking an experienced Senior Practice Support Officer to play a critical role in coordinating and optimising the delivery of in-home care services across our community workforce.

In this influential role, you'll oversee complex scheduling and rostering activities, support daily operational performance, coach and develop team members, and work closely with leaders, analytics teams and stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

You'll also contribute to project work, process development, implementation initiatives and continuous improvement programs that enhance service delivery, workforce effectiveness and patient experience.We're looking for someone with proven experience in large-scale rostering, strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Your ability to identify opportunities, implement solutions and drive operational excellence will be key to your success.
