The Senior HR Business Partner at Amplar Health Home Hospital reports directly to the Head of HR and will play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services across our programs. As part of a small collaborative HR team this role balances strategic contribution with day-to-day operational delivery, partnering with leaders and staff across multiple programs, you will be influential in driving engagement, capability and further strengthening our culture. 


Your opportunity 

This full-time opportunity based in our Eastwood office, will influence both the strategic and operational areas of HR, in addition to:

  • Support the Head of HR to deliver the strategy and key workforce initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and compliance.
  • Design and implement organisational development programs including leadership development, succession planning and change management.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Working closely with the Head of HR Manager to coach, mentor and develop HR team members.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.

 

You will bring:

  • Significant proven experience in a Senior HR role within a complex multidisciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations framework.
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, IR and / or organisation development.
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
