We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who’s passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences and is ready to play a key role in uplifting our wellbeing offerings across member‑facing platforms.

This is an initial 6-month Contract with a day rate of $900 incl super per day.

Your impact

You’ll help shape and deliver a series of digital wellbeing initiatives designed to enhance how our members access support, navigate services, and engage with wellbeing resources.

Working across product, technology, data, and external partners, you will bring structure to complexity and help teams deliver with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

This is a role for someone who genuinely thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated by improving health outcomes for Australians.

What you’ll be doing

Leading discovery activities to understand current member journeys and wellbeing pathways
Translating insights into clear, actionable requirements that elevate digital experiences
Supporting integrations with internal platforms and third‑party partners
Defining analytics and reporting needs to help us better understand member behaviour and improve services
Producing high‑quality BA artefacts, process maps, user stories, and documentation
Facilitating workshops to bring together diverse stakeholders and align on priorities
Ensuring requirements remain traceable end‑to‑end through design, build, and testing
Collaborating across multiple squads to keep delivery smooth, transparent, and connected

What you bring

Naturally proactive — you take ownership, bring clarity, and help teams move forward
Detail‑oriented, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture and member outcomes
Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple moving parts
Able to quickly absorb new information and hit the ground running
Experienced in digital platforms, wellbeing/health, or B2B/B2C products (highly regarded)
