The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture.
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Digital Business Analyst to join our Health Orchestration & Navigation squad. This role supports a BA stepping into an extended opportunity, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. This is an initial 6-moth contract with a day rate of $900 including super.
Our squad is focused on building and evolving a digitally connected health ecosystem—supporting customers with personalised, meaningful health experiences across a wide range of programs and offerings.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Product Owner with discovery and sprint‑ahead activities.
- Define problems, outcomes, and delivery‑ready requirements for upcoming sprints.
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint‑ahead sessions.
- Ensure engineers, designers, and testers share a consistent understanding of requirements.
- Help shape and improve the squad’s discovery and delivery processes.
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure documentation stays up to date.
- Act as the link between stakeholders and the squad to validate business intent and ensure value delivery.
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong communication skills across teams, vendors, partners, and senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive clarity and decision‑making.
- Fast learner capable of ramping up quickly.
- Collaborative working style in cross‑functional squads.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile digital squads (POs, IMs, devs, testers, designers).
