Amplar Health, a part of Medibank, is upgrading its workforce management systems, including rostering, scheduling, and leave management, to better support healthcare operations and deliver tailored solutions for Australians. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a 6 month contract, offering $900 per day including super, to help shape and deliver this transformation.

About the Role

This role is key to enabling a scalable, integrated workforce management solution. You will work across operations, payroll, and vendor teams to define and document business and technical requirements, with a strong focus on interface-level specifications and integration design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Operations, Workforce, Payroll, and Product Vendors to elicit and prioritise requirements
  • Map current and future state processes, perform gap analysis, and translate findings into actionable user stories and specifications using Atlassian, Visio, and Miro
  • Define and document interface specifications for integrations across rostering, payroll, leave management, and bespoke care management platforms
  • Produce clear technical and process documentation to support engineering and business teams
  • Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery managers to ensure scope alignment and delivery momentum
  • Support QA, change management, and training activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing or uplifiting rostering, payroll, and workforce management systems
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge and familiarity with operational processes
  • Ability to navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, and connect the dots across systems and teams
  • Technical capability to define and document integration points and interface-level specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
