Medibank is seeking an experienced Risk Data Analyst with strong Protecht GRC expertise to join our Enterprise Risk team on an initial 3‑month daily‑rate contract, with a clear intention for the role to transition to permanent. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our GRC capability and helping embed smarter, more efficient risk and compliance processes across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

Configure, enhance and administer Protecht modules (Incidents, Obligations, Assurance, Controls, Risks).
Support system users across Medibank and manage vendor interactions.
Build dashboards and reporting for senior executives and committees (Tableau essential).
Analyse risk and compliance data to identify trends and insights.
Support process mapping, workflow design and continuous improvement.
Ensure robust data governance and system security within the GRC platform.

What You Bring

Proven experience in Protecht GRC administration, configuration or workflow design.
3-5 years in data analytics or similar.
Strong SQL/Python skills and experience with relational databases.
Expertise in Tableau reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Data/IT or similar.
