As a Community Nurse with Amplar Health, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care directly in patients' homes, building meaningful relationships and making a real difference every day. Most importantly, you'll start and finish your day from home with the support of a dedicated coordination team behind you. No night shifts, no hospital walls. Just exceptional nursing care where it's needed most.

The Opportunity
We're seeking Registered Nurses to join our Adelaide nursing team (minimum 0.8 FTE) on a rotating roster:

🕖 AM Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
🕑 PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

You'll provide a range of clinical services including:

✔ Comprehensive health assessments
✔ Medication administration
✔ Chronic and complex wound care
✔ Patient and family education
✔ Clinical monitoring and early identification of deterioration

Working independently while remaining connected to a highly supportive multidisciplinary team.

Relocation Support

To help make your move easier, successful interstate candidates may be eligible for a:
$3,000 Relocation Allowance*

Designed to assist with relocation expenses as you transition to your new role and life in South Australia.
We’ll discuss the relevant terms and conditions when we connect.

About You

You'll bring:

•    Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
•    Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
•    Minimum 2 years recent acute hospital or community nursing experience
•    Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
•    Confidence working autonomously
•    A passion for patient-centred care

Highly Regarded

•    PICC management 
•    Cannulation competency
•    Chronic wound care
•    Negative pressure wound therapy
•    Continence management
•    Paediatric nursing experience
