Our Age Better Product Squad is leading that transformation.
As a Product Lead, you’ll play a central role in building and scaling new aged care offerings—from early idea and discovery through to real-world delivery. You’ll be working in a space where there’s real scope to challenge existing models, test new approaches, and bring innovative solutions into a sector ready for change.
This role is as much about creating what doesn’t yet exist as it is about improving what does.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the design, build and evolution of new aged care products, programs and service models
- Translating insights into practical pilots and scalable solutions
- Working closely with clinicians, operations, strategy and external providers to bring new ideas to life
- Testing, learning and iterating quickly to improve outcomes, experience and access
- Ensuring everything we build is safe, sustainable and compliant—without losing pace or focus on what customers want.
What you bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in product, service design or program delivery
- Strong end-to-end capability—from thinking through problems to delivering real solutions
- A pragmatic, curious mindset with a drive to do things differently and make change happen
- Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, population health or digital health (helpful, but not essential)
