Amplar Health Home Hospital is seeking Physiotherapists to join our Transition Care Service, based across locations Walkerville and the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide CBD.

 

We have an opportunity available with flexibility from (0.4 – 1.0 FTE), involving rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday, with working hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering high-quality transitional care and supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

 
Your opportunity 

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based Physiotherapy to patients. You will work with a diverse caseload of patients to help them achieve their functional goals, in addition to:

  • Delivery of tailored physiotherapy assessment and interventions
  • Collaborate with members of a diverse team
  • Support discharge planning and community reintegration
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives


About you 

  • Have at least one year experience as a Physiotherapist  
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration  
  • Experience in sub-acute, rehabilitation, or acute care settings (preferred)
  • Have a commitment to person centred care
  • Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates 
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
