The Opportunity

As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll empower people to achieve their goals, improve their mobility and maintain their independence through high-quality, person-centred care. Working across Private Services, Rehab in the Home (RITH), Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Support at Home programs, you'll support clients through rehabilitation, exercise and recovery programs, backed by a collaborative and experienced Allied Health team.

As Amplar Health's Support at Home service continues to grow, you'll be part of an innovative, clinically-led model focused on prevention, early intervention and reablement. Working alongside Clinical Care Partners, nurses and allied health professionals, you'll deliver coordinated care that helps older Australians remain independent at home while contributing to the future growth and development of the service.

We're looking for Physiotherapists at all stages of their careers. Whether you're an experienced clinician seeking greater flexibility or a new graduate ready to develop your skills, you'll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

About You

· Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

· Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle

· A passion for helping people improve their mobility, confidence and quality of life

· Comfortable working autonomously in the community while being part of a supportive team

· Excellent time management and organisational skills
