The opportunity

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Amplar Health Home Health – Allied Health team in Bunbury, delivering high‑quality, community‑based care to clients supported through Support at Home programs.

This is a permanent role with genuine flexibility, offering 0.4 FTE through to full‑time. Whether you’re looking for a few days a week or full‑time hours, we’re open to tailoring the role around the days and hours that work best for you.

You’ll manage a Support at Home caseload, delivering client‑centred OT services in people’s homes and community settings across Bunbury and surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering client‑centred occupational therapy services to Support at Home clients
  • Completing home and environmental assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications
  • Supporting falls prevention, reablement, wellbeing and functional independence
  • Developing care plans aligned to funding and service delivery guidelines
  • Maintaining high‑quality clinical documentation, reports and progress notes
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Delivering face‑to‑face care, with telehealth used where clinically appropriate

About you

You’re a compassionate, organised and motivated Occupational Therapist who enjoys working in the community and making a genuine difference.

You’ll bring:

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in community, aged care or home‑based settings (highly regarded)
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage a flexible caseload
  • A client‑centred approach focused on wellbeing, independence and quality of life
  • Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team
