The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, empowering clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care. This permanent role offers flexible part-time or full-time options and covers North Brisbane through to Bribie Island.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver services to Home Care Package clients, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications
• Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery)
• Assist clients post-hospitalisation via the Hospital in the Home program

👤 About You

• Fully AHPRA registered
• New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus
• Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care
