Your opportunity   

  • Design, implement, and evaluate education programs for staff.
  • Lead orientation, ongoing competency development, and advanced clinical training.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and develop tailored education strategies.
  • Promote excellence in patient care by enhancing workforce skills and confidence.
  • Mentor and support staff in achieving professional growth and excellence in patient care.
  • Establish, coordinate and evaluate a graduate nurse program.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and best practice guidelines.

 

About you 

  • Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration. 
  • Significant post registration experience in acute and sub-acute care.
  • Postgraduate qualification in education, leadership, or clinical specialty (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in nurse education and clinical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to lead change, analyse data, and translate evidence into practice.
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
