Health & Wellbeing Coach – Empower Healthy Ageing
Join Amplar Health’s Age Better portfolio, driving a fundamental shift from reactive care to proactive, person-led approaches that help older Australians age well.
As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, you’ll deliver personalised coaching and support to residents in seniors’ living communities, empowering them to make healthy ageing choices. You’ll also collaborate with village operators and stakeholders to create environments that inspire independence and wellbeing.
What you’ll do:

Facilitate virtual health and wellbeing consults using evidence-based tools.

Develop personalised plans and connect residents to preventative services.

Engage residents through information sessions and wellbeing activities.

Build strong partnerships with village management and local service providers.
What we’re looking for:

Degree in Nursing or Allied Health with AHPRA registration.

Strong clinical experience and knowledge of aged care pathways.

Skilled in motivational interviewing and virtual service delivery.

Exceptional relationship management and adaptability in a pilot environment.
