The Opportunity 

We're looking for an experienced and innovative leader to establish, grow and scale our Support at Home service. 

As the Head of Support at Home, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the program, spanning customer acquisition, care management, service delivery and operational support functions. You'll build and lead newly formed multidisciplinary teams, create scalable ways of working and ensure outstanding customer experiences and clinical outcomes. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a contemporary care model from the ground up, while creating the foundations for future growth and expansion. 

What You'll Be Responsible For 

• Leading the end-to-end Support at Home program, including sales, intake, care management, service delivery and administration. 

• Building and developing high-performing clinical, operational and customer-facing teams. 

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and market-leading care outcomes. 

• Driving operational performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement. 

• Establishing scalable operating models, processes and governance frameworks. 

• Supporting business growth and expansion into new geographies. 

• Leading teams through growth, change and aged care reform. 

This is a permanent full-time position offering flexibility to work from home or one of our offices or a combination of both.  

About You 

You'll bring: 

• Significant leadership experience within Support at Home, Home Care or community aged care services. 

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and service operations. 

• Strong knowledge of aged care quality, compliance and clinical governance requirements. 

• Experience establishing, growing or transforming service delivery models. 

• A track record of delivering excellent customer and clinical outcomes. 

• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity to challenge traditional home care models and embrace innovative ways of delivering care. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement, people leadership and change management capabilities. 

Highly Desirable 

• Clinical background as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional. 

• Experience scaling services across multiple locations or geographies.
