Group Clinical Governance Coordinator
VIC, AU
You’re only human.
It’s a strange thing to say, because us humans are capable of incredible things. And at Medibank, we know our greatest potential lies in the people who work with us.
We strive to make real, fundamental change, driven by a simple purpose: to create the best health and wellbeing for all of Australia.
The Opportunity
Our highly regarded Group Clinical Governance, Quality & Safety Team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced registered clinician to join them in this newly created, permanent opportunity. Reporting to the Group Clinical Governance Safety and Quality Lead, you’ll play a key role in embedding best practice clinical governance and driving continuous quality improvement across Medibank.
This position is designed for a clinician who’s eager to apply their practical experience to improving systems and outcomes. You’ll support key activities like clinical reviews, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement, helping to deliver Medibank’s Clinical Governance and Quality Management Framework in a meaningful and impactful way.
The role is designed to support both the Safety and Quality Partner, and the Group Clinical Governance Safety and Quality Lead, contributing your clinical insights to drive quality improvement, clinical risk management and compliance with internal and external standards.
It is essential that you are a health practitioner and hold current AHPRA registration or accreditation with a recognised national board or peak body.
Day to day this role will see you

We also have a huge focus on health and wellbeing and expect you to have the same. For us, this means flexible work and continuous improvement to our ways of working. This team is currently trialling a 4DWW, which means putting tools down and using the extra time to focus on something to improve your personal health and wellbeing.
Now, who are you?
To apply you’ll need to be a health practitioner and hold current AHPRA registration or accreditation with a recognised national board or peak body to be eligible to apply.
