The Opportunity
As a Graduate Community Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their homes while developing your clinical capability in a supportive and structured environment.
You'll work alongside experienced health professionals and leaders who are invested in your success, helping you build confidence across a diverse range of clinical experiences and innovative models of care. What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in community and home-based settings.
- Partner with individuals, families and carers to support positive health outcomes.
- Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to personalised care plans.
- Monitor, evaluate and document care in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Support individuals to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
- Apply evidence-based practice while continuing to develop your clinical skills.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that help improve care outcomes.
- Learn across a range of healthcare services and clinical presentations.
- Build confidence working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor of Nursing completed within the last 12 months.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain registration prior to commencement).
- Less than six months full-time equivalent experience as a Registered Nurse outside a formal graduate program.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
- Strong communication (IELTS 7) and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence using technology and digital systems.
- Current working rights in Australia or eligibility to obtain them.
- Valid driving license & working car/transportation.
- A passion for improving health outcomes for Australians.
