No two days will be the same: you’ll care for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, helping them regain strength and confidence, in this sub-acute nursing role. Your opportunity

- Monitor patients progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation
- Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
- Support activities of daily living and administer medications
- Respond confidently to clinical changes and other emergency situations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
About you
You’ll enjoy a balanced 7-day rotating roster (mornings, afternoon and nights) offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance, within a supportive team environment.
You will be available to work full time or part time (0.8 FTE as a minimum):
- Nursing qualifications and current unrestricted AHPRA registration / eligibility to apply
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificate
- High attention to detail with a patient focused approach
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- Eligible for Australian work rights
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
- Nurses acute care experience is encouraged to apply.
