Your opportunity

An opportunity for newly qualified nurses to receive mentorship, training and on the ground experience to thrive. The opportunity is based in Adelaide where you will be offered:

• Structured learning, support and ongoing development.
• Guidance from experienced nurses and a Clinical Educator.

• Hands-on experience in the Transition Care Service, a clinically varied sub-acute care environment.

About you 

You’ll enjoy a balanced 7-day rotating roster, and will be available to work up to full time and commit to a two-year opportunity, in addition to:

• Being a recent graduate of Diploma in Nursing (EN) or Bachelor in Nursing (RN) with your parchment
• Hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Passionate about delivering high quality patient care.
• Eager to learn, grow and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
• Committed to professional excellence and providing outstanding service.
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
