An opportunity for newly qualified nurses to receive mentorship, training and on the ground experience to thrive. During the two-year program based in Adelaide you will be offered:

- Hands-on experience in the Transition Care Service, a clinically varied sub-acute care environment.
About you
You’ll enjoy a balanced 7-day rotating roster and will be available to work up to full time and commit to a two-year program, in addition to:
- Being a recent graduate of Diploma in Nursing (EN) or Bachelor in Nursing (RN)
- Hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Passionate about delivering high quality patient care.
- Eager to learn, grow and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Committed to professional excellence and providing outstanding service.
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

The program includes supported orientation and induction included buddy shifts for the first 5 shifts, and additional 5 professional development days within the first year, structured mentorship and a professional development allowance to attend education sessions to support your ongoing development in year 2.
