About the Role

You'll join our Transition Care Service, working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This clinically diverse environment provides valuable exposure to complex care, rehabilitation, assessment, care planning and patient-centred practice.

 

You will work a 7-day rotating roster, including morning and afternoon shifts initially, with night duty introduced later in the program.

 

About You

We're looking for nurses who are enthusiastic, compassionate and ready to make a difference.

 

To be successful, you will:

  • Be completing or have recently completed a Diploma of Nursing (EN) or Bachelor of Nursing (RN).
  • Hold or eligible to apply for AHPRA registration.
  • Hold a current CPR certificate.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Be eager to learn, grow and contribute within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, initiative and a commitment to excellence.
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or be willing and eligible to obtain them.
  • Be willing and able to provide evidence of current immunisations if successful.
  • Be available to work part time (0.8 FTE) and commit to the two-year graduate program commencing either February 2027 or July 2027.
