The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with teams across Technology, Customer Experience, Product and our external vendors to lead delivery of the new Voice of Customer platform. We’re looking for a strong generalist with excellent technical capability — someone who can quickly grasp the delivery landscape, bring clarity to teams, and ensure the implementation progresses smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of the new Voice of Customer software and transition from the existing tool
- Drive agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retros and showcases
- Manage backlog priorities, cross‑team dependencies and issue resolution
- Coordinate with vendors, technology teams and business leaders
- Produce clear delivery documentation and updates in Confluence
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on progress, risks and decisions
- Ensure integration, data flow and technical requirements are understood and tracked
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or similar
- Strong technical acumen and confidence working with software delivery teams
- Experience delivering SaaS tools, software transitions or platform implementations
- Hands‑on experience with Confluence and Jira
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a complex environment
- Agile / SAFe experience
