Digital platforms and engineering services will be a critical enabler for future health and insurance experiences we deliver to our customers. The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture.

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic Data and Retention initiative. This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding and business delivery acumen to drive successful outcomes across compliance, security, and operational efficiency. This is an initial 6-month contract with a day rate of $1100-$1200 incl Super.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project within a single business unit.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand data architecture, security protocols, and retention policies.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data governance standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering committees.
• Track and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
• Drive issue resolution and change management processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in delivery/project management within data governance, security, or compliance domains.
• Strong understanding of data technologies and data retention strategies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
