We’re looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in full or part time permanent positions.

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalised care to clients in their homes, typically seeing 8–10 patients per shift. You’ll use your clinical skills to support patients and families while promoting independence and quality of life.

Your clinical scope will include:

• Comprehensive wound care ((including regime changes)
• Compression bandaging
• Medication management
• Continence and stomal care
• Aged care nursing assessments

You’ll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.

About you

You bring both expertise and heart to everything you do:

• A qualified Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• At least 2 years’ hands-on nursing experience
• A strong passion for community nursing and personalised care
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, varied role
• Known for your empathy, positivity, and ability to connect with people
