Clinical Nurse

We are seeking Clinical Nurses with a specific interest in Education or Management for a full time role at the Transition Care Service located in Adelaide's CBD. Join an amazing team delivering sub-acute healthcare at the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide

Your opportunity

• Coordinate patient care and support smooth transitions across care settings.
• Delivery high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care
• Supporting governance, risk management, and service coordination.
• Contributing to operational processes and system improvement.
• Promoting consistent, safe, and effective clinical practice across programs.
• Participate in quality improvement, service development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide clinical leadership and act as a resource for nursing teams.

About you 

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration. 
• Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
• Experience or interest in governance, service coordination, or operational management.
• Available to work a 7-day rotating roster. 
• Advanced clinical decision making and critical analysis skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership capability.
• Ability to manage rosters, budgets and resources.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
