We’re offering an exciting opportunity for Clinical Nurses to relocate to beautiful Adelaide, South Australia within our Transition Care Service, located in Walkervillle.
Adelaide offers a vibrant lifestyle with beautiful beaches, world-class wineries, festivals and a welcoming community. It is a perfect place to grow your career while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
Amplar Health Home Hospital is expanding its Transition Care Service to Walkerville — providing another welcoming location for public hospital patients who no longer require acute care. Here, patients can rest and recover in comfort, while helping free up hospital beds for those who are acutely unwell. This expansion builds on our innovative model of care, enabling patients to move from metropolitan and peri-urban hospital wards into a supportive sub-acute setting designed for recovery and rehabilitation.
