Clinical Nurse - Management

Support service coordination, governance and operational excellence within a transitional care service, in this full time (1 FTE) role.
You will enjoy balancing clinical practice with service‑level responsibilities, contributing to the smooth coordination of service activity, strengthening clinical systems, and supporting the ongoing development of high‑quality nursing services. In this role, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient flow, uphold consistent clinical standards, and enhance the structures that enable safe, effective care. Your leadership will help maintain a responsive, efficient, and patient‑centred service environment.
Your opportunity
- Coordinate patient care and support smooth transitions across care settings.
- Delivery high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care
- Supporting governance, risk management, and service coordination.
- Contributing to operational processes and system improvement.
- Promoting consistent, safe, and effective clinical practice across programs.
- Participate in quality improvement, service development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Provide clinical leadership and act as a resource for nursing teams.
About you
- Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
- Experience or interest in governance, service coordination, or operational management.
- Advanced clinical decision making and critical analysis skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership capability.
- Ability to manage rosters, budgets and resources.
- Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement.
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
