We’re redefining workplace wellness by delivering personalised, on-demand healthcare services to corporate clients across Australia. We’re now looking for a Clinical Lead – Workplace Health to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional skin cancer screening and health assessment services. 

 

About the role 

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role where you’ll combine your expertise in skin cancer screening and dermoscopy with your passion for supporting and developing others. You’ll provide clinical oversight to our practitioners, ensuring high-quality, safe and consistent care across our workplace health programs, while also delivering services directly to clients. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Lead and support the delivery of workplace health assessments and skin cancer screening services 

  • Provide mentoring, coaching and clinical guidance to clinicians (with formal people leadership experience highly regarded) 

  • Perform dermoscopy, whole-body skin checks and general health assessments (approximately 1–2 days per month), and conduct formal clinician supervision every 6 months 

  • Drive clinical quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives 

  • Collaborate with operational and clinical governance teams to enhance service delivery 

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and corporate clients 

 

About you 

As a confident practitioner with experience working independently, you’ll bring a collaborative, coaching-led approach to lifting clinical standards, while providing oversight, mentoring and guidance to our practitioners. 

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration 

  • Certificate of Dermoscopy or Melanography; or Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine (or equivalent) 

  • Proven experience in skin cancer screening and dermoscopy, including at least 1 year of independent practice 

  • Strong capability in mentoring, coaching or leading clinicians (people leadership experience preferred)  

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Role details 

  • Permanent part-time opportunity (26.25 hours/ 3.5 days per week) 

  • Based in Melbourne 

  • Some interstate travel required
