Join us as a Clinical Governance Business Partner (CGBP) and play a pivotal role in shaping safe, high-quality clinical services across Amplar.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in embedding our Clinical Governance Framework into the Virtual Nursing into Residential Aged Care Service, ensuring clinical risk is effectively managed and quality improvement is at the forefront.

 

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
  • Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake governance reviews of Residential Aged Care Homes ensuring alignment with best practice.
  • Monitor and report on clinical KPIs, ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.

 

🕒 Role Details

Permanent Full Time: 1.0 FTE
Location: Flexible – Work from home or from our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Brisbane
Travel: Occasional travel to Melbourne (approx. 3 times per year)

 

👤 About You

You’re a qualified Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse with experience in clinical governance and quality assurance. Ideally you have worked in the Residential Aged Care sector and understand the policies and procedures and how they pertain to best practice clinical governance. You’re confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. You are proactive and confident with engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and enjoy working as part of a team.

 

Experience in designing models of care, supporting new service development, managing clinical incidents, and navigating accreditation processes will be highly regarded.
