Are you a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment? We’re looking for a Business Support Officer (BSO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the My Home Hospital & Transition Care Service programs. 

Working closely with Senior Leaders across both our two programs you’ll be the engine behind our administrative and logistical functions—keeping everything running efficiently so our interdisciplinary team can focus on delivering exceptional care.

This is more than just an admin role—it’s a key support function that directly impacts the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Business Support Officer, you’ll:
Coordinate daily logistics to ensure the smooth functioning of the MHH office
Anticipate and plan for upcoming service needs in collaboration with colleagues
Support governance groups by managing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Assist with reports, briefs, and project plans that drive service improvement
Lead and deliver targeted projects that enhance operational performance
Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards and meet organisational goals

About You

You’re energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You bring a strong sense of initiative and a knack for juggling multiple priorities with ease. You’ll also bring proven experience in business or administrative support roles (healthcare experience a plus), excellent organisational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities & the confidence working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams across our programs.
