We’re looking for a capable and proactive Atlassian Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our Jira and Confluence environments. This role is ideal for somone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is confident managing BAU and high‑volume support tasks.

About the Role

The core focus of this position is to provide high‑volume support, maintain day‑to‑day platform operations, and deliver consistent, high‑quality administration across Jira and Confluence. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, ensuring our Atlassian tools remain stable, well‑governed, and easy to use.

What You’ll Do

• Triage and resolve Jira/Confluence support requests

• Provide tier‑2 troubleshooting and manage support backlog

• Set up projects/spaces and configure workflows, fields, screens, and permissions

• Build basic automations to reduce manual effort

• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and licence provisioning

• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and simple “how‑to” guides

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira & Confluence)

• Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, and standard configurations

• Ability to work independently across BAU and support tasks

• A service‑focused mindset and comfort working with diverse teams
