Administration Officer – Healthy Ageing Program

 

Join our Healthy Ageing Program team as an Administration Officer and become the welcoming “front door” for our clients, families, and partners.

 

In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver exceptional administrative and concierge support, ensuring a seamless flow of referrals, documentation, and communications. By coordinating intake, scheduling consults, and maintaining accurate records, you’ll enable our Healthy Ageing Coaches to focus on what matters most—supporting clients to live well and age confidently.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Manage referrals, documentation, and client scheduling across the coaching journey
  • Provide friendly, non-clinical check-in calls and updates to clients and families
  • Maintain accurate client data and records in line with compliance requirements
  • Coordinate communications, inboxes, and reporting for the team
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and processes
  • Plan and deliver engaging healthy ageing events and experiences
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality client experience

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience in administration, preferably in health, aged care, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and digital literacy across systems and platforms
  • A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset
  • Happy to work within a 12 month contract and be based in SE QLD
