Are you someone who thrives on building relationships and driving growth?
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Corporate Sales Specialist to join our Corporate Health Partnerships team.
You’ll play a key role in growing Medibank’s corporate portfolio by engaging directly with workplaces, promoting health and wellbeing, and delivering tailored sales solutions.

Have experience in sales, customer service, or business development (B2C or B2B)

Are confident presenting to groups and engaging one-on-one

Can manage your time well and juggle multiple priorities

Enjoy building relationships and working with a wide range of people

Are comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce

Have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and helping others live better
What you’ll be doing

Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up

Representing Medibank at workplace events, health expos, webinars, and presentations
-
Using Salesforce to track interactions and follow up within 72 hours
-
Promoting our LiveBetter program and member health initiatives

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Providing advice to members to help them choose the right cover

Monitoring competitor offerings and highlighting Medibank’s value

Reporting on sales progress and pipeline activity regularly

Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation
