Your Opportunity
Are you immediately available and seeking your next challenge? If so, we are looking for a hardworking and ethusiastic Rostering & Scheduling Coordinator to join our supportive team on a contingent basis. The duties of your role will include:
- Ensure patient care is delivered optimally to clients in residential facilities and in the home
- Ensure the right number of staff are scheduled to work at the right time in the right geographical location
- Manage changes to service provision daily
- Customer service,occassional phone work
- Creation of rosters that provide an efficient service delivery experience
- Ensure the generation of schedules is aligned to forecasted requirements
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve mutual outcomes
What will set you apart from the rest?
You will have previous experience using rostering systems to roster large teams, preferably in a health care environment. A skilled communicator both written and verbal you will have excellent stakeholder management skills. Through previous experience, you will have an adaptable approach to your work and have excellent attention to detail. You will also be comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.
A knowledge of community-based health services is desirable together with:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a large-scale planning/ rostering environment
- Demonstrated ability to undertake detailed work & maintain information systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Initiative, proactive attitude, with ability to multitask between phones, emails & scheduling
- Competent with Excel
- Ability to thrive under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the health industry desirable
- Be available immediately
