You will contribute across two technology workstreams, partnering with a range of stakeholders to:
- Capture and document current-state capabilities, risks and dependencies.
- Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery items.
- Understand data flows, APIs, integrations and downstream system impacts.
- Support solution design, backlog refinement and delivery planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and help align teams on priorities and outcomes.
- Develop clear documentation, reporting and governance artefacts.
- Support testing and validation activities, including UAT.
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies and remediation actions.
One stream will focus on improving the organisation’s capability to capture, manage and respond to customer feedback. The other will involve analysing identified technology and security risks, documenting remediation options and supporting implementation planning.
About you
You are a technically confident Business Analyst who enjoys working in complex environments and can move comfortably between business objectives and technical detail.
You will bring:
- Experience delivering complex platform, SaaS, data or integration initiatives.
- Strong process-mapping and requirements-definition skills.
- The ability to interpret APIs, integration patterns and data flows.
- Experience working with security, engineering and business stakeholders.
- Confidence translating technical risks and findings into practical remediation activities.
- Experience supporting agile delivery, backlog development and UAT.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A structured, outcome-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in healthcare, customer experience technology or security-related initiatives will be highly regarded.
