Amplar Health is a team of health and delivery professionals who co-create and tailor health solutions with government, businesses, and not-for-profits to deliver on our vision of the best health and wellbeing for Australians.

We operate across diverse systems and ecosystems that enable these solutions. Right now, we’re upgrading our billing solution to introduce new rostering and payment models, timesheeting, billing, and invoicing enhancements. This is a critical initiative that will improve operational efficiency and support future B2B and B2C capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Draft requirements and user stories (functional and non-functional) by engaging with Amplar operations, application SMEs, and finance teams.
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to design the to-be solution for B2B and potential B2C use cases.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate technical details, and contribute to projects from ideation through to completion.
• Lead documentation efforts for use cases, process flows, and specifications using Atlassian tool suite, Visio, and Miro.
• Support product selection, assurance, change management, and training activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare industry experience is essential.
• Ability to ask the right questions, dig into details, and make broad connections.
• Strong skills in end-to-end process understanding, process mapping, and identifying value for money.
• Experience with timesheeting, billing, and provider management implementations.
• Familiarity with operational processes within the healthcare sector.
• Experience in product evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge, question, and suggest improvements.
