The Role:
We’re seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across Amplar Health for a 6 month contract period. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations through:

  • General administration and coordination
  • Payroll support and employee movement (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Compliance and evidence tracking
  • Reporting and data integrity
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a culture of innovation and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desirable: Experience with reporting and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred).
