In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships and drive meaningful outcomes across a critical and growing segment of healthcare bringing innovative, person-centred solutions to life.

This is your chance to move beyond delivery and influence real system-wide change, working closely with partners to improve access, experience, and outcomes within Mental Health.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end customer success lifecycle across the Mental Health segment
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving expansion
  • Translate market insights and partner needs into innovative, scalable solutions
  • Lead proposals and tenders, shaping impactful, high-quality submissions
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing delivery
  • Showcase impact through data-driven insights and outcome storytelling 

 

Must Haves 

  • Proven experience in customer success, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, funding, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals and stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver outcomes
  • A passion for Mental Health and improving patient experiences at scale
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
