We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead growth and success strategies for a key market segment.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive strategic sales and market positioning, influencing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a thought leader in the health sector.
  • Lead proposal development for high-value tenders and commercial negotiations.
  • Champion customer success, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

 

What you bring:

  • 7+ years in strategic sales and stakeholder engagement, ideally in health.
  • Proven experience in customer success and market growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative, human-centred approach with a growth mindset.
