We’re offering a flexible, full-time permanent position where you’ll provide care to clients in their homes and in residential aged care facilities across Miranda and the surrounding region.

This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, variety, and purpose-driven work—and wants to stay connected to their community.

You’ll work with clients in their own homes, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Our services include:

• Rehab in the Home: Post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
• Hospital in the Home: Post-hospitalisation care, including general surgeries
• Support@Home Packages: Enabling independence at home
• Residential Aged Care: Delivering group and 1:1 exercise programs
• Private Physiotherapy: Tailored support for self-identified needs

👤 About You:

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with 1+ years’ experience (community or rehab preferred)
• Confident working independently and connecting with a remote team virtually
• Mobile across Sydney South, so a reliable vehicle is essential (we offer kilometre reimbursement for your travel between clients)
• Passionate about person-centred care and improving lives through movement
