We’re offering a flexible full-time role on a fixed-term parental leave contract until November 2026, with strong potential to extend or become permanent. You’ll work with clients in their own homes, close to where you live, and in residential aged care settings across Arncliffe, Balmain, and occasionally Bass Hill.

This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, variety, and purpose-driven work—and wants to stay connected to their community.

You’ll support a diverse range of clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through:

• Private services – helping individuals with self-identified needs
• Rehab in the Home – supporting recovery after orthopaedic surgery
• Hospital in the Home – providing care post-hospitalisation
• Home Care Packages – enabling clients to stay independent at home
• Residential Aged Care – delivering group and 1:1 exercise programs

👤 About You:

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with 1+ years’ experience (community or rehab preferred)
• Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
• Based in or near central Sydney with your own vehicle (KM reimbursement provided)
• Passionate about person-centred care and improving lives through movement
