The Opportunity

The Business Support Officer works closely with the Business Support Coordinator, Heads of Department, Clinical Managers and Clinical leads to provide administrative and operational support to all the Telehealth programs.

 

This role is a fixed-term contract until 30th June 2022 and would suit someone looking to re-enter the workforce or move into an Administrative role. Training will be provided.

 

How will you add value?

The focus of this position is on delivering efficient and effective administrative support for Telehealth programs and responsive administrative support to Triage Nurses, General Practitioners, Health Support Officers, Mental Health Professionals, Counsellors and their leaders.  This includes:

 

  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure program administration requirements are met, including credentialing, assisting with onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining work instructions, preparing agendas and attending meetings as required.
  • Providing accurate data for reporting and payroll
  • Adhoc queries and requests i.e.arranging gifts, vouchers etc.

 

About you

You are a natural problem solver with great communication skills and attention to detail. You preferably have previous experience in an administration role. You are able to work collaboratively with a team or autonomously with minimal supervision.
