Technical Platform Owner

We are looking for an experienced Technical Platform Lead - Salesforce to lead the strategy, governance, and operational management of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is responsible for ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, integrated, and delivering maximum business value. You'll lead internal technology teams, manage key vendor relationships, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategic roadmap, governance, and performance of Amplar's Salesforce platforms.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence through scalable architecture, automation, API-first design, and reusable platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Architecture, and Connected Health Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors, platform integrations, and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Develop and execute platform roadmaps aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering Agile ways of working.

About You

• 10+ years' experience in technology leadership, platform ownership, or enterprise application management.
• Proven experience managing and evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale digital platforms in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading technology teams, managing vendors, and overseeing enterprise integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Healthcare or health technology experience is highly regarded.
